Our Story & Family Commitment
Izabella Home Care was founded by Yelena, a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience in home care, hospital, and hospice settings. Specializing in elderly and frail population care, Yelena has dedicated her life to ensuring individuals receive the highest quality care at every stage of life.
The agency’s name honors Izabella, Yelena’s late mother, a compassionate teacher, educator, and social worker who embodied kindness, loyalty, and care. Yelena’s experience caring for her mother in her final years gave her a deep understanding of the challenges families face when a loved one requires assistance. Inspired by this legacy, Yelena’s son, Michael (Mike), has joined the mission, bringing his background in client services to help ensure that every client receives warm, personalized, and reliable care.
